TeleFlow “Updraft” Released

If you are a current TeleFlow user, we think you will really like this release.  Designer has had a few improvements and is now integrated with the wiki in teleflow.org in order to easily provide the latest information on updates and changes.  The wiki is fairly extensive as it stands, but as time goes on, much more detail will be added and links to solutions from others to help solve problems.

The name “Updraft” is the first in a series of three releases for our open source initiative which effectively was launched on December 18, 2008.  The next stages will see additional integration with web servers and will see support for communications networks such as Skype.   The premise being that telecommunications and web integration will continue until communications are indistinguishable between formats.  We are in the process of orienting the software to become approachable by end users.  To acheive this, the Designer will be updated with ease of use improvements enabling non-programmers to use flowcharting to define rules for how they would communications automation to interact with their lives.  This is something that TeleFlow is particularly adept at, and an approach that we beleive the world is nearly ready for.
