I want to automate a call center that operates between incoming calls and remote support. So the computer has one analog line in and one analog line out. The caller is auto routed to the current remote support operator. The call is logged and recorded automatically. Recordings are available over the internet.
We have full day coverage, with 3 shifts around the clock. We want the incoming remote support operator to be able to dial in at start of their shift and change the auto call out number to their number, so that they receive all calls during their shift.
The remote support operator also places calls to other parties. Different parties depending on the need. We would like to record them as well. If possible, the system is called by the remote call operator who designates the other number to be called. So this call also passes through the system and is recorded.
Can this be set up with TeleFlow? Or has it already been written as part of a program that is available to buy?
