The short answer is "No". In reality, it can. I would advise STRONGLY against doing it however. Although there is no TeleFlow step for forking or joining, the RunDLL step can run any code you like including forking a process. TeleFlow does not provide interprocess communication and joining would be problematic. Having said all this, the StartPlay and StartRecord steps are asynchronous and could be considered a fork. What is it you wish to accomplish with the fork? There may be a non-fork method to do it.
