Whenever I try and save a new app, I get an error that says: "Cannot move frustatus:It is being used by another person or program." <br>I understand that my Dialogic drivers create this file. I stopped by Dialogic services and deleted the file, but I still get this error. Only a .TAP file is created - none of the directory stucture or other files. <br>Aby ideas? |

Does it say which file is causing the problem? As it turns out, the Dialogic side of things should not be affecting the situation. It's an odd error for certain. <br> <br>I wonder if upgrading to the latest version of TeleFlow (http://www.engenic.com/downloads.html), might solve the problem. You will need to uninstall the current copy. <br> <br>Start there, and if the problem persists, please send us a screen shot of the entire screen which includes the error message. |
