Question when evaluating the Engenic teleflow software:

An issue we have seen with some IVR software is that when lines are stopped or the IVR application running is stopped, calls are still being presented to communications/network layer and as a result customers will get an engaged signal.

My question then is, does your software when lines are stopped/application is stopped send a back-busy signal to the comms/network layer so it recognises that these ports are not available and not present calls to them?
