Hello, I'm developer over this Hardware (Ai-logix Card) and i need to know if with this software (on Enterprise Edition) we cant desing call record system's for this hardware. I installed the demo version but don't see nothing about.... Thank's for all....and sorry my bad english.. Bye Pedrer |

Hello Pedrer, Thank you for contacting us about TeleFlow Enterprise. It is indeed possible to create a call recording application from the TeleFlow Enterprise Development Suite. However, we have designed a call recording software from TeleFlow already, which is available for sale. It is our TeleFlow CallCapture Application, we offer a 4 port analog version of it for free at (http://www.engenic.com/tfdn/ccdownload.php ). Hello Shauna, We are not interesting on the Call Capture System because it's a final product and we are developer's of own product's, My interest it's on the Teleflow Program for create aplication that interact with the API of Ai logix and record the diferent's call on NGX, DP,LD...etc. Thank's PD: I download the Soft call recorder and dont's work with my NGX 800.
