We are finding that intermittently calls get place with no content or they hang up prematurely. I sent log files to Shauna of the 'initial', which is direct from webservice to db and the 'reset', where we had to change the status in the db so the call would kick off again essentially, calls work great after we reset, but they are either empty or they prematurely hang-up on the initials. This is highly impactful to production - pls help asap!
