Can the standard version of Teleflow 2004 now supports functions required in developing a realtime chatline? such as realtime call progress? credit card/paypal billing? one on one chats?
Or will Teleflow need additional modules not included in the standard version?

Yes! Everything you need to build a chatline is good to go in TeleFlow Standard edition. We recommend using a third party such as http://www.e-xact.com/ for Credit Card authorizations. If you would like to include Party Rooms at some point, that requires the conferencing steps which are included in TeleFlow Enterprise. Please also note that enGenic has a Chat Line Application available for purchase. It includes get everything you need to get started (based on a mySQL database, integrated mail boxes and one on one chat) It has been used by a number of media organisations across the US and Canada as a basis for their service. It's a good start, and can be readily and easily customized.

http://www.e-xact.com/ is currently being added to TeleFlow, and will be available in the TeleFlow Enterprise edition in 2004. Until then, build an executable with E-xact and call it using the RunApp step in TeleFlow.

Many payment gateways currently exist. WorldPay is a popular choice. Google for "Credit Card Payment Gateways" to find the various solutions.
