Hi,

i have some problem with our Teleflow about HANg-up calls, :?:
when we are using the Teleflow simulator its fine when you push the button hang-up it will just go to the step to wait for call

but when we try it with the telephone when we hang-up it doenst recognize that its been hang-up :( . and keep go to the next step. i want that if its hang-up it wil automitically go to wait for a call.thx

To do this, you need hangup supervision on your telephone circuit(s).

If you are using E1, this should be automatic, although I don't know anything about the phone services available in your country. It could be different.

If you are using analog phone lines, they are much less likely to have hang-up supervision by default.

Either way, you need to contact the provider of your telephone circuits for assistance.

Alternatively, you can change your TeleFlow programming so that prompts for input, eg: Menu Step, Get TT String Step, etc., retry a number of times, and if there's been no input after 3 attempts, execute a Hangup Step. There are examples of how to do this in the TeleFlow demonstration applications. Look for 'MenuSet.TAM' and 'MenuMan.TAM' to see how this is implemented. Those are example flowcharts that you can use in your own application.
