Post subject:  Registration Issues
Recently my company has bought 4 licenses of CT Developer Studio 2 Enterprise, but, I'm having problems with the registration process.

FYI: The computer where I'm trying to install the licenses is a MS-XP and don't has active the firewall, but our internet corporate gateway has some comunications filters not managed by my,so, may this can be the source of the problem.

If so, there are another way to achieve the registration of this software ?

Apologies for the delay in response.

It looks as if the system is unable to communicate to our server to license the installation. Please send us the MAC address of the computer you are looking to license.

You can get this with ipconfig.exe running in a command window (cmd.exe) on the computer you want to license.

Once we return the license key, you can just enter the information in to the TFRegister.exe program provided in the Server Tools program.

Please email 'sales', and we will get that out to you same day.
