Hi We are developing IVR system using CT Development Studio 2: HYPE and Dialogic board D/4PCIUFW. We have discovered that we need also speech recognition capabilities. Documentation says that i need to use either Nuance 7.04 or LumenVox 6.0. These versions are pretty old. Nuance, for example, has advanced to version 10. Can you instruct me please, what software should i purchase and what additional steps should i take to enable speech recognition? Thank you |

We have answered this post offline as it is partly a sales issue. As for the technical side of this: - You will require CT Developer Studio 2.0 Enterprise edition. HYPE does not provide SR capabilities. - Barge-in is not supported on the Dialogic D series cards, so an AG or CG card is needed if this is desired. - TeleFlow currently supports LumenVox 7 |
