Can we choose which keys to intrupt a 'Play' task which is similair to the 'Allowable Touch Tome(s)' filed in 'Get TT String' task. <br> <br>We have a following Situation: <br>Get TT String (5 or 6 digits terminated by *) <br>Sometimes people press * even after 6 DTMF entries and this intrupts the following play function. If we choose not to check the 'Interuptable' option, the we can not achieve what we want to do, so we must have that checked. <br> <br>This would allow us to choose which keys can intrupt the Play and which can not.

You can accomplish most of what I believe you wish to without the need to specify allowable interruption keys for each Play (which is not available). If you are prompting callers to enter their number, followed/terminated by another key, you can avoid the problem you are having by setting the max digit length to a number greater than you know they will be entering, such as 10, and prompting them appropriately. (ie. "Please enter your password, followed by the star key") <br> <br>This way, they must always enter the terminating digit, but it will be cleared from the buffer by the Get TT String step. This would greatly decrease the likelihood that a caller will inadvertently skip plays they need to hear, without creating the need to carefully select allowable digits for each Play step.
