What do I need to do in order to enable the Called ID with the Wait for Call step? I've assigned this value to a variable, but the value is always blank.

Called ID is only available when you have DNIS. DNIS (dialled number information service) information is available only on digital circuits (ISDN or Wink Start (robbed bit signalling) protocols). <br> <br>In an analog environment, each physical phone line has a particular phone number (which is equivalent to its Called ID). If you know what each port's phone number is, you could use @P1 to provide that number to your application, if it requires it for something. <br> <br>Primarily, the Called ID is only required if you vary the service provided to the caller based on the number they called. In an analog environment, service is varied by port number/line, as opposed to Called ID.
