Is there a way to disable the backup files from being created? I'm using Subversion so I don't need to backups and Subversion wants to check these backups in each time because they're new files. |

Currently, this isn't possible.

This will be available as an option in an upcoming release of TeleFlow. This post will be updated to reflect this as soon as the version is available for download. |

Here is another solution.

At http://www.2brightsparks.com/ is a freeware program called SynchBack.

"SyncBack is a powerful freeware program that helps you backup and synchronise your files to: the same drive; a different drive or medium (CDRW, CompactFlash, etc); an FTP server; a Network; or a Zip archive."

In addition it has a built-in scheduler.

One of the features and a trick I use
is to compare a source file (e.g. *.bak) with a destination directory that does NOT contain the *.bak files.
(sort of a dummy or clearn directory) and the synch program will automatically DELETE the *.bak files in the source directory. wa-la, no more *.bak files. And since you can scheduled it....

btw, this proggy also supports multiple snych profiles.

http://www.2brightsparks.com/downloads.html |
