We are currently considering adding WAV file support to the Dialogic platform in TeleFlow. There is no delivery date for this at this time.

You can also convert VOX files to WAV using the run program step, and a downloadable command line utility called TFWavVoxCombine.exe. Run it on the command line as like this "tfwavvoxcombine/?" to see the help for how this works. This will result in having copies of your file in both vox and wav, but depending on what you are using them for, you can decide programmatically what to keep/discard anyway. (You can download this from www.engenic.com/tfwavvoxcombine.exe)

TeleFlow also ships with tfvoiceplayer.exe, with which you can convert VOX to WAV (and the reverse) manually.

Note that our Ai-Logix and NMS support both include a WAV file format.

At this time a DLL to convert vox to wav would be great. we can call it from the call dll funtion. The vox file is usless as a format for sending the recorded voice via email

The command line utility I suggested will do what you need to, just as well as a DLL would. Use TeleFlow's "Run Program" step to use this in your application. (You can download this from www.engenic.com/tfwavvoxcombine.exe)

An example string you would populate to the step - if all files were in the windows path - would be:
"tfwavvoxcombine -V8 source.vox -W816 destination.wav"

Follow the step up with a "Scan Folder" step to ensure your destination file was created.
