Error playing wav file on server

I have a play control to play a wav file that was setup in the voice manager. <br> <br>when using simulator everything is okay: <br> <br>Jun 21 12:07:39.28: [8] Play <br>Jun 21 12:07:39.28: Message Code: ENTERPASSCODE <br>Jun 21 12:07:39.29: Playing 'C:\Program Files\TeleFlow\Applications\ON24\Vox\Eng\Scripts\ENTERPASSCODE.WAV' <br> <br>However, when deployed on sever it cannot find the wav file: <br> <br>Jun 21 12:04:57.71: [8] Play <br>Jun 21 12:04:57.71: Message Code: ENTERPASSCODE <br>Jun 21 12:04:57.71: Playing 'C:\Program Files\TeleFlow\Applications\ON24\Vox\Eng\Scripts\.Wav' <br>Jun 21 12:04:57.71: File does not exist

For some reason, it would appear that your Voice Script Manager entry to ENTERPASSCODE for the server (only) is incorrect. <br> <br>Go to this script code in the Voice Script Manager, click the yellow arrow to expand the window to show the telephony audio fields, and change the path to have the proper filename. (If you look at your log output, you will notice that it shows the filename as being .Wav only in your server testing.) You should now be ready to try your testing again.

Can I use wav file with dialogic board or am i forced to use vox.

TeleFlow only supports Dialogic VOX file format. If you set your application type in TeleFlow to Dialogic, the Voice Script Manager can convert your WAV files for your scripts to the appropriate VOX format.
