We're working on a project that involves VOIP services. Would appreciate if you could advice on what's best.

We have a 2XT1 system using Teleflow. We have a 16 FXO port VOIP gateway. How can we "trunk" the two together so that Teleflow can transfer some calls to the VOIP gateway? Is there some kind of hardware interface that can convert one of our T1 port to a 24 CO line port so that I can connect it directly to the VOIP gateway?

We also have a Meridian Nortel PBX and I understand that Teleflow can integrate with this system. Please advice how we can do this.

Lastly, does Teleflow 2004 provides support VOIP services with the CG6000 cards?

Thanks again.

I am not sure I understand your question. If your T1 is configured as a telephony T1, and you want to convert it to 24 analog lines, then you can route it through your PBX. You could also put analog telephony cards (AG2000) in your TeleFlow computer and link them to your T1 cards via an H.100 cable.

Your best bet to interface your PBX to TeleFlow is through a T1 connection, configured as ISDN. Have your PBX host 23 stations (+1 D-channel) and connect that to the T1 trunk on your NMS card.

TeleFlow does not currently support VOIP services with the CG family of cards.
