Please advice on the best way and steps needed for Teleflow to do a call transfer from PSTN to VOIP. Possible configuration are as follows:

1. NMS AG2000 connected to FXO ports of VOIP gateway.
2. AG4000 single T1 card used soley for answering incoming calls. FYI, the line connected to the AG4000 is capable of recieving/inbound calls only.
3. AG4000 connected to AG2000 via H.100 connection.

What we want to do is to transfer incoming calls from AG4000 to the AG2000 ports connected to the VOIP Gateway; so that the call can be answered at a remote site. For the VOIP gateway to "accept" the call, I guess TF must get AG2000 to produce some kind of signals so that the VOIP gateway thinks that it's an incoming call. Can TF do that? If yes, how?

When the remote VOIP client hangs up, will TF be able to detect the disconnect signal? We need this for accounting purposes.

Thanks in advance.
