Hi, we have installed a Teleflow based on NMS using an ISDN connection. <br> <br>We have just one E1 to process inbound and outbound calls. Each one in some time have to transfer the call to agents. <br> <br>How we do this? I have tried with place call step and switch call but it seems not work... <br> <br>Thanks

The Place Call and Switch steps should work. Likely the problem is in the setup of your E1 trunk, and how you are using it. <br> <br>Firstly, your service provider (or PBX) must allow in-bound and out-bound calls on that trunk. Secondly, your in-bound hunt order (from the CO or PBX to the NMS card) must be top-down. Your out-bound hunt order (from the NMS card to the CO or PBX) must be bottom up.

We have the same E1 setup as saugortgarcia and are also having problems with the the Place Call and Switch steps. We've also enabled the switchconnection = yes in NMS cfg file. <br> <br>I also tested the Transfer Demo application that comes with TF2005 and used Test.tap as instructed. But as soon as we start TF Server, TF Monitor shows all red. <br> <br>If we run Transfer Demo with Stimulator, nothing seems to happen. <br> <br>Do you have any help documents on TF Call transfer & Switching? <br> <br>Please help.
