Hi, we have installed a Teleflow based on NMS using an ISDN connection. <br> <br>We have just one E1 to process inbound and outbound calls. Each one in some time have to transfer the call to agents. <br> <br>How we do this? I have tried with place call step and switch call but it seems not work... <br> <br>Thanks |

The Place Call and Switch steps should work. Likely the problem is in the setup of your E1 trunk, and how you are using it. <br> <br>Firstly, your service provider (or PBX) must allow in-bound and out-bound calls on that trunk. Secondly, your in-bound hunt order (from the CO or PBX to the NMS card) must be top-down. Your out-bound hunt order (from the NMS card to the CO or PBX) must be bottom up. |

We have the same E1 setup as saugortgarcia and are also having problems with the the Place Call and Switch steps. We've also enabled the switchconnection = yes in NMS cfg file. <br> <br>I also tested the Transfer Demo application that comes with TF2005 and used Test.tap as instructed. But as soon as we start TF Server, TF Monitor shows all red. <br> <br>If we run Transfer Demo with Stimulator, nothing seems to happen. <br> <br>Do you have any help documents on TF Call transfer & Switching? <br> <br>Please help. |
