Below is a clip from my log, this on an outbound call at the point of VOX playback. It plays the enGenic watermark, but when it attempts to play my vox file it crashes. This is driver SR511 with SP1 installed. I have converted everything to telephony files and it converted all my wav's to vox, the file is there but it wont play. Also after this crash the line stays offhook until i restart dialogic service.

Sep 28 19:42:48.48: Call Status (lps0)
Sep 28 19:42:48.48: ATDX_HOOKST (1)
Sep 28 19:42:48.48: Call Status (lps0)
Sep 28 19:42:48.48: ATDX_HOOKST (1)
Sep 28 19:42:48.50: Call Status (lps0)
Sep 28 19:42:48.50: ATDX_HOOKST (1)
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: ERROR: dx_playiottdata failed
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: (5): TPT structure error
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: FAILURE
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: ERROR: Missing next step
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: FATAL
Sep 28 19:42:48.56: Attempting to jump to Fatal Error Global Event label: 'APPLICATION_ERROR'

Please re-post with an entire log of this error.

Please send the vox file that has an error to support@engenic.com. A response will be posted in this thread.

There is a fix for the offhook problem. It will be available for download in the near future. We will re-post here when this is available to download.

We received your logs and sample audio file. The audio file is fine. We've had no trouble trying to play it on our Dialogic cards here.

Are trying to run TeleFlow Server as a service? If so, please log-on as a user that has full control access to the folder where your audio files are. Then stop the TFServer service, and run TFServer manually from a command prompt. Let us know if this now allows you to play the file, or if you still have the same problem.

You have discovered a bug with the way the Dialogic driver handles reorder tone detection after a PlaceCall step.

This bug has been submitted to our engineering department, and will be fixed in the next release of TeleFlow. In the meantime, here's how to work around it:

Immediately after your PlaceCall step succeeds, place a Set Reorder Tone step. This will reset the reorder tone detection, and your audio file will play just fine.

I am running 2004.1.1.855 and cannot find this "Set Reorder Tone" step. Where should it be? or is this a custom variable i need to define?

Check the "Adv" (advanced) tab on the Steps Toolbox. That is where the Set Reorder Tone step should be.
