We have 3 applications with more than 50 flowcharts save as a single TAL file. Currently, we're developing another application which will add to the flowcharts numbers making it increasing difficult to navigate through the files.

Is there any way to save each application as a single file and get Teleflow to run it via DNIS compare step? What should I do so that I don't have to have 50+ charts in one file?

Please help.

Use the Run TAP step to run one TeleFlow Application (.TAP) from within another TAP.

You can then have 1 .TAP file that you configure to run in your TAL file, and that one application should be responsible for answering the phone, and for determining which application to run based on the DNIS. This way, your compare application has only a few flowcharts, and the applications they run have only enough flowcharts to do the job of one application each.

I've setup a main TAP application that runs other TAP apps based on DNIS. However, I'm stucked with another problem.

@ANI and @DNIS are captured on the main TAP but I cannot passed these values to the filtered/branced application. How can I pass global values from one TAP to another? I need to do logic processing using these values.

In the called/run application, the variables you supply as parameters in the Run TAP step are received as @P1 through @P9.

Look at the properties for the Run TAP step, and you will see the @P1, @P2, etc fields. If you put @ANI and @DNIS into the @P1 and @P2 fields, they will be available by those names in the application you run. Then, you can either use them as they are named, or create new, more meaningful variables in the run application. (ie. Use a Set Global Variable step, and set @ANI = @P1)
