If you are going to offer different services based on the called number/DNIS, then it is best to create 1 application (.TAP) for each service, and have a master application (as you suggested) which you run using the Run TAP step in TeleFlow. Have the master application receive the call, and determine which .TAP to run based on the DNIS.
