Hi. <br>I am new user of TeleFlow..pls guide me..!! <br>I have to design a application with more the one module. Every module will execute according the DNIS. Which one is better option <br>1. By calling different .Tam (flow char) dynamically. I have two flow charts for different purpose (like VM, and Conferencing). I am planning to call these .Tam files in a single .Tap file according DNIS. <br>2. Should I design two different applications (.Tap) for these two modules and call them in third application (Master application) by Run Program option. <br> <br>Which one is suitable and full fill the standards of Telephony Applic |

If you are going to offer different services based on the called number/DNIS, then it is best to create 1 application (.TAP) for each service, and have a master application (as you suggested) which you run using the Run TAP step in TeleFlow. Have the master application receive the call, and determine which .TAP to run based on the DNIS. |
