Maybe. If the lines connected to the Dialogic card are extensions of the PBX, and the PBX supports it, you could put the caller to the TeleFlow system on hold by doing a flash hook (use the Flash Hook step in TeleFlow) to put the caller on hold. Then, when the query is over, another Flash Hook would be required to take the caller back off hold. <br> <br>You would have to experiment to see if this works as expected. For one thing, if you put the caller on hold, and someone other than the automated system can take the caller off hold, that would be problematic. Also, it may be that the Flash Hook duration needs to be changed to make this work. There may be other requirements as well. <br> <br>Start by trying the flash hook. (although, if you have a manual for the PBX, review that for information about music on hold to determine how you are supposed to go about using it).
