What can I use to grab the ANI from an analog line - would I just assign @ANI=Caller ID ? <br> <br>Thanks- John

Yes, you can capture the ANI with the "Wait for Call" step. Use the "Variable to received Caller ID" field. Populate it with a variable such as @ANI, and if the caller ID (or ANI) is available, it will be capture into your variable.
