Seems like this variable is only available to me if my call has completed fully. When completed properly it goes into my SQL Statement and updates my field. <br> <br>If people hang up during a call it pushes them to a Global Event which then steps to hang up the phone. The variable is not showing up for my SQL statement at this time and errors out. <br> <br>Am I missing something?

False Alarm. I figured out the issue. It was a DB connect problem at that area that contained the glabal event steps.
