Your best bet is to:

<br>1) Using TeleFlow Monitor, click Application >> Shutdown All Normal.
<br>
<br>2) Since TeleFlow running with Dialogic won't really do a "normal" shutdown, you need only verify then that your application is "idle" in the TeleFlow Monitor, which means that it is sitting at Wait for Call on all ports (assuming you have an inbound application on every port, that is).
<br>
<br>3) At that point, you can just use a normal OS shutdown. (Start >> Shut Down >> Choose option to shut down, click ok)
<br>
<br>Because you are running TeleFlow Server and Dialogic as services, both will safely be shut down with Windows.
