Hello, <br> <br>I am trying to use the Switch Call component. When I open the properties the form has disabled the input for the port. How can I specify the destination port? <br> <br>Also, I have a doubt about the switch call funtionality. If I wanna tranfer a call that came by the Port#1 and I use the control to switched with Port#2. Are both ports blocked while the call is active?

We are looking into the disabled input issue. We will post a solution soon. <br> <br>As to your other question: <br> <br>Yes, when you switch the ports together, they remain in an active call. This means that anyone calling the system will have their calls received on different ports. (i.e. If callers are switched together on ports 1 and 2, and a third person calls the system, the person's call will be received on port 3, assuming your lines/spans are set up to "hunt" top-down.)

Yes, quite so! <br>However these "users" are masking themselves with different names and IP addresses each time. Currently we delete them daily. Hopefully, soon, we will have a better solution.
