Hi I testing OpenTeleflow with Ailogix LD2409 and LD409, i problem with Callid the last charcter is erased for sample Phone caller "4567890" the ANI is presented for Teleflow "456789" the digit "0" is erased. Is the bug ? or is limitation de OpenTeleflow?, I use Icon Wait For Call for captured ANI in Ailogix. Thanks |

I would need more details to know what this is. Does this happen every time a call is received by TeleFlow, or some of the time? If it happens every time, can you provide a clip of a log that includes the Wait for Call step, and at least the first Play step of the application? You can send the log to support@engenic.com with subject: "Forums: Teleflow2009Open Call ID Ailogix" so you don't have to post phone numbers in the forum. I will respond in this thread. |
