| Post subject: | Can TeleFlow make a call to SIP Phone? |
Hi I'm very new to TeleFlow. I'm researching now to find appropriate tools for doing "Call Center" Project. So I'd like a help on whether TeleFlow can receive a inbound call the then make a transfer to an agent who is equiped with SIP Phone, instead of a PSTN Phone. The most important thing is the system has to record the conversation between customer and the agent too. Hope anyone here help me out on this question. Thanks in advance Pichai |

Yes, TeleFlow has the necessary steps/features to provide all of the functionality you are looking for. |
