Hi, We have been using TeleFlow in my company from 2 years without any problem... today it crashed The service starts and stops after 3 seconds and in the event viewer it only says: The TeleFlow Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action. What should I check? Thanks in advance for the help. LEX |

I would suggest starting with the logs, as follows: 1) Determine where your logs are being written to in TeleFlow Config (Start >> Programs >> TeleFlow >> Server Tools >> TeleFlow Config). The entry you are looking for is "Log Directory:" 2) Go to this directory, and copy all of its contents to a new backup directory, then delete the files from the source directory. 3) Try starting TeleFlow Server again, and if/when it fails, check the log directory. Open the logs and read them for errors/to see if there is anything apparent in them. If there isn't anything obvious in the logs, you can send them to support@engenic.com, and we will respond in this thread. |

Hi, I'm still making the backup of the logs files... but we found the problem: it was an application installed on the server that convert the fax images files to pdf and the license of this app was a demo, so after we disable it, the service ran perfectly.
