In TeleFlow, VOX files are (currently) the only supported audio file format for Dialogic. You can use the "Run Program" step in TeleFlow and use TFSoundTransformer to convert files from VOX to WAV and back. To do this, get the latest TFSoundTranformer... just to be sure

<br>In the zip, you will see some examples of how to run TFSoundTransformer. It would be best to test the transform in a CMD.exe window to make certain it does what you need it to. TFVoicePlayer (also included in TeleFlow can be used to listen to VOX files). You should be able to use some trial and error to create what you need. Once done, take the command and enter it into the Run Program step. Make sure that TFSoundTransformer is in the path or in the same directory as TFServer.exe
