i am having problems sending email using ct developer studio 2, everything looks fine but i am not received the emails i have sent |

If you look in the TeleFlow log, does the Send E-Mail step appear to succeed, or does it go down the FAIL path? If it FAILS, there should be some form of error code(s) in the log. If it succeeds, the problem is probably external to TeleFlow, because the mail server has accepted the message. Is there anything about the E-Mail message you compose in TeleFlow that could cause it to be blocked as spam? (Maybe you are including an "unsafe" attachment, or something of this nature?) |
