Hi,
Thanks for all the help in the past, it's Owesome.
We are using Teleflow successfully for the past 2 Years.

This time I got a different question
This is a new requirement.
We need to Capture the caller phone number and if the caller calls repeatedly for certain number of times in a given time period, we need to block the caller for 24 hours (or so).
Can you please advice.
Thanks in advance.
Venkat

You can capture the Caller ID of the person calling wiht the Wait For Call step.

In the step properties, there is a field labeled, "Variable to receive Caller ID". Populate this field with a TeleFlow Variable name, eg: @CALLER_NUMBER or @ANI. I would advise against naming this variable @CALLERID, because it is too easily confused with Called ID (which is the number that was dialed to reach the circuit).

You must also make sure that the telephone circuit(s) you are using provide Caller ID. Check with your telecom service provider or PBX switch technician.

Once you have the caller's phone # captured in that variable, you can use the programming steps provided in TeleFlow to do the logic you require.
