Hi, we have got a nms ag4040 board and we tried test Teleflow hype with this board. We installed a server with Windows 2000 Server, NMS natural access 2004-1, and Teleflow Hype. <br> <br>We configured NMS and test it. Also, we configured in Teleflow to use NMS hardware. <br> <br>when we try to start Telelflow service we get an error: <br>"unable to locate DLL... MSPAPI.DLL... " <br> <br>Could you guide me? What is missing? |

You need to remove NMS natural access 2004-1, and install NMS natural access 2005-1. <br> <br>Otherwise, configure your card normally, and this should work for you. |
