Check your Application Line List file (.TAL). TeleFlow Config will tell you which .TAL file is being used, and you can open the Line List editor from there. Looking at the Line List in the editor, what is the setting of "Log output" on all of the lines? It is probably "All events". Change the setting for each line to "Errors only", and TeleFlow Server should start-up just fine.

<br>When logging all events on more than 40 lines, TeleFlow will not get enough file handles from Windows, and it will fail to open files. The "All events" setting should only be used for troubleshooting. Once you have a system working, you should use "Errors only". With this setting, TeleFlow will only write to a log file if an application error is encountered.
