NOTE: If you have purchased a custom solution from enGenic, please contact us before attempting a TeleFlow update. <br> <br>1) It is highly recommended that for production system you first: <br>a) Download TeleFlow to a development/test system and install it there. <br>b) Make a copy of your current production TeleFlow application(s) on the development system. (A backup of the application(s) at this time is also a good policy) <br>c) Test the applications thoroughly with TeleFlow Simulator. Some changes to how steps work may require a little re-working of your application(s). <br>d) When you are satisfied that your application is fully updated, proceed to 2. <br> <br>2) After a backup of your current TeleFlow software (on your production/live system), uninstall TeleFlow from the system as follows (The first two steps may or may not work, depending on your version of TeleFlow.): <br>a) At a command prompt, type "tfserver remove" [enter], and then <br>b) "tfsysboottime_service remove" [enter] <br>c) Reboot the computer <br>d) Uninstall TeleFlow <br>e) Remove the TeleFlow directory from the hard disk completely (Eg. Remove C:\Program Files\TeleFlow), in case the uninstall left anything behind. <br>f) Remove the enGenic registry entry: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\enGenic" <br>g) Reboot the computer. <br> <br>3) Install the new version of TeleFlow. <br> <br>4) If you already have registration/license information for the production system, follow the same instructions you received with your previous registration letter/email. Otherwise, run the TeleFlow Register program. Copy the MAC Address from this program, and send it to enGenic at register@engenic.com. Make your subject line "TeleFlow Registration Required". In the message body, include your company name and contact information, the number of licenses you purchased, and your license numbers (if any). <br> <br>5) enGenic will respond with the information necessary to complete the TeleFlow registration procedure. <br> <br>At this point, your system should be fully upgraded and licensed.
