You can. The oamsys.cfg file is where you make your changes. For each [Name#] section in the file, you define one board. (as you would have when originally configuring the single card) For the additional board, you would have to set the "File = " to indicate a CFG file that is valid for an AG2000 card (agpi2000.cfg is a good start, although you may need to modify it to get all of the resources you need. I suggest taking a copy to use instead)
