Hi, I have a NMS ag4000 board installed with Teleflow usind ISDN France variant with a PBX Alcatel a4400. <br>a4400 administrator doc said taht ISDN France variant supppor Enquiry call, non supervised transfer and supervised transfer. NMS voice board support ISDN France variant also. <br> <br>1./How can we use non supervised transfer in teleflow? <br> <br>2./When we use place call step sometimes not answer condition does not detected and the step hang. It is possible program a timeout by time instead of number of rings in a place call step? <br>Thanks

1. Use another port on the E1 to place an outbound call. Do not use the "Variable to receive initial voice length" or "Silence TIMEOUT" fields. leave them empty. Immediately after the Place Call step succeeds, use a Switch step to connect the two ports together. See the "Transfer Demo" applications that ship with TeleFlow for more information. <br> <br>2. Please ensure you are on the 2003-1 version of NMS Natural Access. Uninstall the previous version, remove the NMS folder, and re-boot the computer, before doing an install of NMS Natural Access 2003-1. <br> <br>Also ensure you are on the latest version of TeleFlow available on our website.
