we have an installation as follows:
1. Teleflow 2005 with current patches applied
2. AG 4000 board
3. NMS 2005-1 with SP1 drivers
4. Telephony connection configured as D4-AMI (recommended configuration by enGenic)
4. Win 2K3 server

The system is directly connected to our customers switch, and when they transfer a call they play 4 DNIS digits.

The "Wait for Call" step is setup as follows:
Timeout 0 seconds
Pick up after 0 rings
Variable to receive DNIS: @DNIS
Connection delay 500ms

The issue is we only receive 3 DNIS digits (the first 3 digits), rather than the 4 that are sent.

I have tried changing settings in the cta.cfg file for CTaccess (eg. the setting below)

NCC.X.ADI_WNK.wait1stdigittime = 500
NCC.X.ADI_WNK.waitfordigitstime = 2000
NCC.X.ADI_WNK.numdigits = 5
ADI.WNK.numdigits = 5

And this has not affected the results.

Hi Gerald:
The changes made in the CTA.CFG file do not necessarily "take" in TeleFlow. We need to create an enhancement to TeleFlow to let you set the number of digits through the Wait For Call step. In the meantime, we will co-ordinate with you off-line to get you a hard-coded fix set to 4 digits.
