I'm having a problem where callers are getting a "telephone offset has been disconnected please contact system admin" error. Could anyone enlighten me on what that means ?

Can you provide more information? What version of TeleFlow are you using? What type of telephony card? What is your application trying to do when it gets this error?

We're using Teleflow 2006.0207 with an Intel Dialogic D/4PCIUF (driver = SR 5.1.1 with SP 1 installed). The application is a scheduling software which allows check in/out etc.

How about the third question: where/when/how does this error occur? Do the callers actually hear that message? Or, is it reported in the TF Log? If so, can you provide the section of the log where the error occurs?
