Hello, We have problem with Teleflow that even though register license sometimes when play survey it still play greeting message but sometimes not. We only have one NIC on the server and register is successful We are using Teleflow 2006.1129 Any advise on this? Do we need another license file to try? It's urgent issue for us Thanks Hung |

I think the problem is MAC address on license file is not same as MAC address of server. MAC address on license file: 1A4B33225E MAC address on server: 001A4B33225E We are waiting for new license file to test again Thanks |

I heard that the new license has indeed fixed the problem. For the benefit of others reading this thread, the MAC address required for licensing must be the full address, all 12 characters. |
