In TFCONFIG you will see that there is a log file directory. You can change that if you like, but where ever that is, check the log file that corresponds to your latest error. I am guessing that the system is failing because you are trying to play a vox or wav file. You may not have set up your AG2000 to play wav by adding in the wave54 line into the ag.cfg file that you are using. It should look something like

<br>Yes you do need a fully licensed version of TeleFlow. Right now the system will play that opening message until you have a full version.
