Hi,

We check in the web page that NMC 6060 board is supported.
We are going to buy a new card but the reseller ask us which model:

CG 6060 82385 -> CG 6060/32-2L/4TE media processing board (2 RJ-45s)
or
CG 6060 82387 -> CG 6060/42-2L/4TE media processing board (2 RJ-45s)

So, what is the difference between CG6060/32-2L/4TE and CG6060/42-2L/4TE?

Are boths supported by Teleflow (hype, Enterprise, Std, OpenSource)?

Which one is better?

We can use ops0 protocol with the CG 6060?

Both of those boards are supported by TeleFlow Standard and Enterprise. In fact, these products support all of the CG 6060 models except the Compact PCI versions.

At present, none of the NMS products are supported by TeleFlow Open Source. The "Hype" product has been dropped in favour of the Open Source version.

The only difference between the two boards you have listed is the amount of DSP resources on the card. The "/32" version has 3200 MIPs of DSP processing power, while the "/42" has 4200. Higher processing power is only better if you actually need it. Unless you are doing barge-in speech recognition, faxing or conferencing, you will find the /32 card is adequate for your needs.

The "ops0" protocol is supported on the CG 6060 models.
