This is a rare issue we are attempting to track down. We will require your assistance to do so.
Please download the following patch for TeleFlow Server:
http://www.engenic.com/library/TFUpdatePack.zip
Once it is downloaded:
1) Stop TeleFlow Server service.
2) Back up your current installation of TeleFlow.
3) Extract the downloaded zip into your \Program Files\TeleFlow directory.
4) Restart TeleFlow Server.
When the issue resurfaces, send the error log to
support@engenic.com, with subject "NGX Message Queue Error". The log should provide us some additional information we can use to determine the cause. We will post our response to the email with the log in this thread.
