 Post subject: NGX-800 AiloGix, Problem

Hi
I have two card NGX-800 install with CallCapture this system function OK, but in the present following error into log, the teleflow monitor this light color yellow light , this ocurred in the diferent port,channels or lines

This is a rare issue we are attempting to track down. We will require your assistance to do so.


Please download the following patch for TeleFlow Server:

http://www.engenic.com/library/TFUpdatePack.zip


Once it is downloaded:

1) Stop TeleFlow Server service.
2) Back up your current installation of TeleFlow.
3) Extract the downloaded zip into your \Program Files\TeleFlow directory.
4) Restart TeleFlow Server.

When the issue resurfaces, send the error log to support@engenic.com, with subject "NGX Message Queue Error". The log should provide us some additional information we can use to determine the cause. We will post our response to the email with the log in this thread.

I have the new version Teleflow and Callcapture , Teleflow is version 2006.0.3.1102, Engenic send me in september 2006 this version.

You recomended install TFUpdatePack.zip ?

The versión teleflow 2005 no problem in the other client, but this versión Teleflow 2006.0.3.1102 have this problem.
