We are taking on a couple of new clients and we currently have a D/240 JCT t1 card which handles inbound calls for a current client. Ideally we would like to able to create inbound applications for these new clients, each with their own phone numbers for people to call into, and run them all on the same card through the same T1 line. Will our current card support this or do we need to upgrade to a Dialogic Diva model to take advantage of their Multiple Subscriber Numbering (MSN) capabilites? And if so will Teleflow support the Diva models?

The D/240 JCT card you have should provide you the ability to capture DNIS, and route your callers to different services based on the dialed number.

TeleFlow does not support Diva cards.
