After having used a 4-lineTeleflow 2002 and 2004 to our satisfaction for some time we have just yesterday upgraded to v. 2005 to take advantage of the call transfer options. Unfortunately, now we can't get this system to work anymore because of a SCBus error. We're using a Dialogic D/41H (ISA card) under Win2K. The sample Dialogic voice horoscope app. works fine. Is this a known problem and does support for the D/41H stop with v. 2004 of Teleflow? Will upgrading to a Dialogic PCI-card solve this problem?

The last lines of the log file are as follows:

Oct 25 15:48:09.54: ERROR: Port not available on SCbus
Oct 25 15:48:09.54: (106): Invalid Switching Handler Bus Mode
Oct 25 15:48:09.54: Warning: port's switch status unchanged.

First, we'll need a little information about this:

1) What version of Dialogic are you using?

2) Did you actually try calling the system, or did you see the error message above, and assume that it wouldn't work. The message you are getting is really just a warning, because your card doesn't support switching. If you aren't doing any switching, than it probably doesn't matter.

3) You mentioned that you want to do call transfer. Are you able to do flash hook transfers, or do you require transfers using switching? (If you can't do a flash hook transfer on the lines you are using with the Dialogic card, then you will require switch transfers.)
