We're currently evaluating TeleFlow for our new IVR system. Our old IVR server was installed with a pair of Dialogic D/4PCIUF boards with a total of 8 ports. We'd like to know if this configuration is supported by TeleFlow? Actually, we plan to install an unlicensed version of TeleFlow in this server to test for compatibility. Will all the 8 ports be enabled in this situation? |

You should be fine with that configuration and TeleFlow. Unlicensed, the 8 ports will work for testing, but will play a short message when it answers(until it is licensed). With or without the message, you are testing EXACTLY the same software and functions. The unlicensed message is just an extra built-in audio play. |
